NFL: Cowboys v Packers, TV channels & live stream options for Sunday 18 October

The full report

The Dallas Cowboys are set to face the Green Bay Packers in the NFL on Sunday 18 October. The Cowboys are currently trying to get off a losing streak, having experienced a sequence of losses and wins through their first five games.

The Packers have had substantial injury problems but looked rejuvenated in their last game against the Bears, putting up a 31-7 beating. The Green Bay offense looked like a revelation, and the team will now face a Dallas defense that has struggled to keep opponents under 20 points.

The Cowboys' defense has had problems containing the run game, allowing a league-worst 168 rushing yards per game. They will also face challenges in containing the deep passing game, which could be a problem against the Packers' surging offense.

The Packers will have their own challenges on defense, especially with the absence of star edge rusher Micah Parsons. The additional absences of front players Edgerrin Cooper and Javon Hargrave could mean a lot of time for Dak Prescott to forge connections with the Cowboys' top wideout tandems, CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens.

The game is expected to be a high-scoring contest, with the teams pegged to combine for 50-some points. Fans can watch the game on various TV channels and live stream options, including NBC, TSN, CTV, Sky Sports NFL, and Fubo.
